Who operates this guide
This is an independent property guide by Leon Ooi, a Kuala Lumpur property consultant. Milla Residence is developed by Beverly WM Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Beverly Group. This is not the developer’s official website.
Your enquiries
The site does not collect enquiry-form submissions. WhatsApp links open a draft that you can review before sending. A call link opens your device’s phone application. Leon receives the information you choose to share through those channels and uses it to respond to your property enquiry or arrange a viewing.
You can ask Leon to stop contacting you or to correct or delete the contact information you shared with him. Contact Leon on 010-826 7319.
Analytics and browsing
Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking tags are not enabled. Contact clicks are placed in a temporary browser event queue, without the visitor’s name, phone number or message. Those events are not sent to Google by this site. This page will be updated before external analytics is activated.
The hosting provider may process normal request and security information to deliver and protect the website. This site does not create a separate marketing profile or store your enquiry in its own database.
Other services
