Information and enquiry service

This website provides project information and lets you contact Leon Ooi to discuss layouts, request current prices or arrange a viewing. It is not the developer’s official sales or registration website.

No booking or payment on this website

This website does not collect booking fees, deposits or property payments. Sending a WhatsApp message, calling Leon or requesting a viewing does not reserve a unit, guarantee availability or create a sale agreement. Confirm any proposed transaction, payee and documentation through the appropriate agency and developer channels before making a payment.

Project details

Prices, packages, availability, facilities, layouts and completion dates may change. Images are illustrative and do not replace approved plans or contractual specifications. Confirm current information before making a purchase decision.
